Engineered right.
WRYGT brings together design engineering, prototyping, DFM, sourcing & supplier development, and test & validation, coordinated through a trusted manufacturing network, so a product moves from concept to production without fragmented handoffs. In-house manufacturing capability is next on our roadmap, and we'll always tell you plainly where that stands.
How We Work
Schematic and layout decisions are made with sourcing, lifecycle, and manufacturability in view from day one, not discovered in a DFM review six weeks later.
Test and validation engineering is built into the plan, not bolted on: fixtures, protocols, and acceptance criteria that hold up under real scrutiny.
Prototypes, fixtures, and jigs move through a trusted supplier network we manage directly, so tribal knowledge from the design doesn't get lost the moment it leaves our hands.
What We Do
| Ref | Capability | |
|---|---|---|
| EE‑1 | Schematic & PCB DesignNew designs and redesigns, from concept schematic through layout, for boards that need to survive both regulatory scrutiny and a production line. |
Engineering |
| EE‑2 | DFM & Design TransferDesign-for-manufacturing review and full documentation transfer between suppliers: BOM, drawings, process flow, and the institutional knowledge that usually doesn't make it into the folder. |
Engineering |
| EE‑3 | Obsolescence & BOM ScrubEvery line of a BOM cross-referenced against manufacturer PCNs and distributor lifecycle data, with qualified alternates identified before an EOL notice becomes a production stoppage. |
Engineering |
| EE‑4 | Test & Validation EngineeringFixture design, test protocol development, and functional/environmental validation, documented to a standard that holds up in a design history file. |
Engineering |
| CM‑1 | Contract ManufacturingPrototype builds, fixtures, and jigs today, sourced and coordinated through our supplier network. Full in-house PCBA and box-build manufacturing is next on our roadmap, not a service we offer in-house yet. |

Engineering Services
Most hardware problems that show up in manufacturing were decided in the schematic. We work upstream, on architecture, component selection, and layout, so DFM issues and test gaps get caught while they're still cheap to fix.
Engineering Services →Obsolescence & BOM Scrub
We scrub every line of a BOM against manufacturer PCNs and distributor lifecycle data, and line up qualified alternates for at-risk parts before they force a redesign under a deadline.
Obsolescence Work →Contract Manufacturing
We get prototypes, fixtures, and jigs built through supplier relationships we manage ourselves today. Full in-house manufacturing is where we're headed, and we'll always tell you plainly where that stands.
Manufacturing →Tell us where it's stuck. We'll tell you honestly whether it's an engineering problem, a sourcing problem, or both.
